Colornet Press Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Colornet Press website and services. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Colornet Press provides commercial printing, production, proofing, finishing, and related services.

All projects are subject to review, production feasibility, scheduling, and approval.

2. Quotes & Orders

Quotes are provided based on the information available at the time issued and may be subject to revision if project specifications change.

Orders are considered approved once the customer provides written approval, purchase authorization, or proof approval.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all proofs carefully before production begins.

3. Customer-Supplied Files

Customers are responsible for ensuring that submitted files are accurate, complete, properly formatted, and legally authorized for reproduction.

Colornet Press is not responsible for:

Errors contained in approved artwork
Spelling or grammatical mistakes
Design or layout issues in customer-provided files
Color variations caused by improperly prepared files

4. Color & Production Variations

While Colornet Press maintains strict color management and production standards, slight variations may occur due to:

Paper stock characteristics
Coatings and finishes
Environmental conditions
Manufacturing tolerances

Approved proofs serve as the standard for production expectations where applicable.

5. Intellectual Property

Customers represent that they own or have permission to reproduce all submitted content, including artwork, trademarks, logos, and images.

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless Colornet Press from claims arising from unauthorized use of submitted materials.

6. Payment Terms

Payment terms are established at the time of order approval.

Late payments may result in:

Delayed production or shipment
Finance charges where permitted by law
Suspension of future services

All completed work remains the property of Colornet Press until paid in full.

7. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Colornet Press is not liable for delays caused by:

Shipping carriers
Weather events
Supply chain disruptions
Customer delays in approvals or file delivery
Events beyond reasonable control

Risk of loss transfers upon delivery to the carrier unless otherwise agreed.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Colornet Press shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from use of our services.

Our total liability for any claim related to a project shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

9. Website Use

You agree not to:

Use the website for unlawful purposes
Attempt unauthorized access to systems or servers
Upload malicious code or harmful content
Interfere with website functionality

We reserve the right to restrict access for misuse.

10. Confidentiality

We make reasonable efforts to maintain confidentiality of customer materials and business information submitted in connection with projects.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

12. Changes to Terms

Colornet Press may update these Terms periodically. Updated versions will be posted with a revised effective date.
